THIS POSITION IS FOR THE FALLS CHURCH, VA LOCATION.

Firm is headquartered in the Baltimore area, seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least 200k+ in portable business. The Firm represents clients in virtually every area of business and industry, and range in size from Fortune 500 companies with thousands of employees in various locations to small, closely-held businesses.

The Firm is looking for a Real Estate Attorney with extensive experience in the following areas:

Representing both borrowers and lenders in large transactions involving various types of financingExperience in representing developers in the development of townhouse and condominium projectsExperience in representing developers in leasing of new retail centersExperience with being involved in numerous transactions involving acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial real estate.Handled substantial foreclosures involving shopping centers, residential subdivisions, commercial building and hotels.Member of VA. Bar AssociationCounsel Level to Partner LevelGood TenureYou must have firm experience, at least 5 years within the last 5 years, please do not apply if you only have “in-house” experience.

This is a large firm with over six locations throughout the United States providing high potential for advancement as is expanding rapidly. This position may start at partner depending on how much portable business is brought in by the candidate.
