Quid Pro Quo has been retained by a highly regarded mid-size Seattle law firm in its search for an outstanding Transactional Real Estate mid-level to senior Associate Attorney to join its flourishing Real Estate practice group.  You should have 4+ years of substantial transactional legal real estate experience representing owners or developers. 

You would work closely with the leading real estate partner at the firm working with developers, builders, investors, landlords and owners with retail, industrial, commercial and mixed use real estate projects.  This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney to have a meaningful impact.  You should have excellent communication skills.  You should be a self-starter, highly organized, and self-assured.
