                                                  Real Estate Analyst (Underwriter)

A small Real Estate Development Firm in Manhattan seeks an entrepreneurial individual to join the team for the following:

Underwriting of property values, developments and loans.

 Creation of financial models in both Excel and Argus.

 Assemble market and financial data.

Data base collection, entry and management.

Creation and management of records related to acquisitions and loans.

 Acquisition due diligence

 

Bachelor’s degree in finances

2-3 years experience in financial modeling in a commercial real estate setting

High level of analytical abilities

Exposure to real estate construction.
