MHP owns and operates over a million square feet worth of first class Manhattan office space. Additionally, MHP’s Tenant representation department employs over 100 real estate professionals specializing in Tenant advisory services and corporate relocations.

The Position

Successful candidates will work closely with senior real estate professionals on a team specializing in tenant representation. Associates will be trained in all aspects of Commercial Brokerage including telemarketing, lead generation, lease negotiation and analysis. Candidates will be expected to generate new business through both telemarketing and in-person canvassing. New Associates will work on both existing accounts as well as new business.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for high energy, motivated, self-starters that wish to work in a team environment. The successful candidate will have practically unlimited earning potential. Experience is beneficial but not required. Draw against commission is available for qualified applicants.
