Description: Eaton Corporation located in Hutchinson Kansas has an opening for a Quality/Lean Manager

Deploy the Strategic Quality Plan at the operational level in conjunction with the Group Quality Assurance Manager and provide overall quality leadership to the organization. Drive the continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation. Implement and sustain a lean management culture. Provide leadership for Total Quality Leadership, Lean Manufacturing, ISO and the Eaton Business System. Provide support in Total Quality Leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and the support service functions of the organization. This position also manages the Quality Assurance strategy of the organization to facilitate continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements. This positions primary function is tactical in nature. This position is critical to the implementation of Eatons lean management system in Hutchinson. This is a staff level position.

620 Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business Management with a concentration on Lean Management, or related.
