EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY!!! A manufacturer is searching for a Supplier Quality Engineer for its Indiana facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing and quality/engineering environment. A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required. Position requires domestic and international traveling 25-40% of time!!! Applicant must have extensive experience in the casting process with emphasis on iron sand casting. Candidate must have working knowledge in gage design, function, and analysis. Applicant must be proficient in probability and or statistics and have thorough understanding of metallurgical and Heat Treat/Transfer process. This position function as a technical liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve issues, implement and monitor quality planning, and provide technical support. Company offers a benefit package. Relocation is available for the right candidate!!! Questions you will be asked:
