Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for a QUALITY ENGINEER with solid automotive and component manufacturing skills.  Our ideal candidate will interact with engineering department personnel and customers to identify and resolve production issues and possesses the following:

 

·        Bachelors Degree (or Associates Degree w/ 5 yrs related experience)

·        3 - 5 years Quality Engineering automotive experience

·        Solid understanding of ISO / PFMEA / SPC standards and processes

·        Technical and hands-on knowledge of operations within a Quality Department

·        Advanced Metrology experience

·        Solid computer and documentation skills

·        Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints

Requirements:

3 – 5 years solid experience working as a Quality Engineer in an automotive manufacturing facility Solid quality control and / or quality engineering experienceStrong automotive manufacturing experience Results-oriented problem solving and analytical skills Continuous process improvement implementation skillsSolid written and oral communication skillsStrong statistical and analytical processing skillsExperience in personnel training program administration Advanced Metrology experienceAdvanced Metrology experienceSolid computer and documentation skillsCapable of reading and interpreting blueprints 

Education:

Bachelors Degree OR Associates Degree in related technical field AND 5 years experience as a QE in a manufacturing environment

 

Rate of Pay:

$60,0000 - $70,000, Annually, DOE
