Provide support for documentation of quality, production and purchasing processes. Provide support to repair station procedures. Accomplish audits of internal and external process control. This includes some travel to review vendor processing. Evaluate discrepant components in accordance with quality requirements and determine its disposition or referral to Material Review Board. Assist in identifying root causes of a problem and instituting corrective action. Review quality trends to prevent or reduce defects. Participate in Material Review Board. Assist the Quality Manager to insure compliance to CFR’s Interact with customer and supplier representatives on quality matters. This position is a progressive position to the Quality Manager who will be retiring.  

Requirements/Experience: Four-year degree Effective human relations skills to motivate others and convince them of the validity of solutions to problems. Effective communication skills including both written and oral.
