Our Eagle, ID office is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the hawkeye team.
Position Description:
The Quality Assurance Engineer defines and implements quality assurance methodologies and processes for the Quality Assurance team. He\She assists in development and maintenance of the testing environment, departmental systems, testing and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
· This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5+ years experience in software testing and a minimum of 2+ years experience with automated testing tools
· Demonstrated knowledge of Internet technologies and experience testing Internet applications (including web UIs)
· Experience executing a test program during a complete software development release cycle from start to finish
· A solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies
· Proven ability to develop, execute and maintain test plans and test cases
· Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems as well as effectively communicate software defects
· Ability to work independently and provide excellent follow-through on tasks is essential
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be detail-oriented, pro-active, and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
