Tad Technical Services on behalf of General Dynamics is seeking an experienced Telecom/Network Quality Analyst for a long term contract position in Ft. Sam Houston Texas. The QA will take a lead role in assuring that quality standards are met and exceeded for network/telecommunications installations. This will include inside/outside plant work. Responsibilities include: Inspection of all material, equipment, and installation methods to ensure compliance with best commercial practices; PWS requirements including taking before, during, and after photographs of the required work; applicable Government standards; and the GDIT Quality Control Plan. Analyze the data collected in the reports to identify trends/potential and actual problem areas. Analyze, measure, and determine performance levels; and develop corrective action plans as required. Report quality deficiencies to the Government, the on-site project manager, and General Dynamics Information Technology corporate QA/QC manager. Create follow-up actions to required corrective actions and necessary process improvements to the QC Plan. Requirements for this position include: Minimum (5) years experience with structured cabling and infrastructure pathway installation projects in a secured environment. Current, valid Secret clearance Comprehension of terminology pertaining to installation and service of telecommunications systems. This is an estimated 5-6 month contract position.
