Our Sacramento operation currently has an opportunity for a QA/QC Manager with 5+years of commercial construction experience.  We are seeking career oriented and dedicated individuals who have an optimistic outlook to new challenges.  You will need to have experience working on project as QA/QC Manager on projects in excess of $50 million within the last 5 years. Your project list should include the following markets: Healthcare, semiconductor, universities, office buildings, sports facilities, large retail, manufacturing or aviation.    

Requirements

Must have 5+ years of experience in commercial construction Must have a project list working as a QA/QC Manager with projects in excess of $50 million within the last 5 years. Must have projects in the following markets: Healthcare, semiconductor, universities, office building, sports facilities, large retail, manufacturing or aviation. Must have excellent communication skills Must be able to work in a team environment Need to have experience putting together proposal schedules

Additional Requirements (must have at least one of the follow requirements)

Professional Engineer with at least one year of experience in concrete or structural steelEIT with two years of experience in concrete or structural steelA degree in Civil Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in concrete or structural steelAppropriate discipline technician certified at Level III by NICET – certification need to be related to structural steel or concreteNICET certified engineering technician in Civil Engineering Technology with 5 years of experience in concrete or structural steel

Preferred Requirements

Experience with projects in excess of $100 million Experience working on multi-story buildings.Previous airport experience is a plus

 

Candidate with experience in industrial, home building projects within the last 5 years will not be considered.
