Luby's is currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our Facilities Service Center team. This position offers an excellent salary and great benefits package!
Job Duties
Enter purchase orders for New Construction project equipment, contracts, and vendor service.Enter service orders for New Construction projects.Update New Construction project files (cost and status spreadsheets), verify equipment orders delivered to Luby's Warehouse.Follow up with vendors on equipment and vendor service order schedules.File and organize all Purchasing documents for New Construction equipment, contract and vendor service.Provide administrative assistance to the Construction Department as needed.Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Accounting experience in the architectural, construction, or technical fields required Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project Must possess great communication skills Great Plains experience a plusAPPLY NOW!
