My firm is conducting a confidential search to fill two positions at a prestigious Orange County public relations agency. Their client list is growing and we are looking for two rock stars to join their team. One is a senior position (either a Sr. AE or Account Super doe and one an A/E position (see outline below).

Absolute must: YOU MUST POSSESS PREVIOUS PR AGENCY EXPERIENCE or your resume will not be considered. FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE A BIG PLUS.  This boutique-size firm deals with BIG brand names that you know and you will have a chance to interface with clients, bringing them great ideas while helping them grow their bottom line and brand recognition.

We want someone who wants to stay for more than a couple of years. Both positions require a bachelor's degree in journalism/public relations/communications.

Account Executive ($40-$50K DOE): Must be an accomplished writer familiar with writing press releases and related collateral with a mature, relatable style; have thorough understanding of online marketing; familiarity with art direction and an eye for style; fearless media pitching skills with demonstrated track record of success; three to five years of  experience with at least one in a PR agency.

Sr. AE or Account Supervisor ($70-$90 DOE): Must be an enthusiastic senior level strategic PR professional who can manage and motivate a talented team; must be results- and deadline-oriented with experience developing and executing successful consumer public relations campaigns; accomplished writer; proven ability to pitch and win new business; participate in client pitches and business meetings; accomplished writer. Must possess five to six years of PR experience with at least two years with a PR agency; must be a self starter with experience or a strong interest in the food industry or restaurant industry; experience in either a strong plus.
