Job Description: Proven Business Analysts are always needed in the Des Moines area. As a Business Analyst, you will have 3+ or more years experience in Information Technology with prior business analysis experience in a business or technology environment. Will be a mastery of a formal project methodology RUP (Rational Unified Process). Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitative, consultative, communication, problem solving skills and strong judgment.
