Where you will be working.
You will be working in our company headquarters in El Segundo, CA.

What you will do.
You will assist the director with the management of real property valuations, personal property tax compliance and subsequent analysis. You will review lease and purchase documents for property tax implications, interface with outside legal, and manage company and property directors. In you role, you will also be reviewing property tax assessments for appeal opportunities and seek out incentive opportunities as well. You will be responsible for monthly real and personal property tax accruals, annual property tax budget, operation of the tax fixed asset system and coordination of cost segregation studies, plus additional projects as needed.

Who we are looking for.
We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of property tax experience, along with strong accounting and accounting concepts knowledge. Also, if you have retail background it will be a plus. CPA, Masters of Tax (or progress within a program) is preferred. Also, we are seeking someone who is knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Access. You will have knowledge of accounting software computer systems, with Oracle preferred. You will need to be detailed oriented with excellent people skills, and be a dead-line minded person.
