We have a challenging and rewarding position of Property Manager available in E. Lansing, MI.  You will have the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of one of our  largest apartment communities, in addition to a fantastic opportunity to produce results and make a difference!

You must be competent and proven in the following areas:

Budget Management

Staff Selection, Supervision and Development

Customer Service

Marketing and Training

Delinquency and Collections

Qualifications:

College degree strongly preferred

Student Housing experience preferred

Minimum of 5 Years experience in Property Management

Computer skill required with strong ability in Excel and Word

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Yardi experience a plus
