Description:
Volt workforce solutions is currently recruiting for a Property. Manager for one of our clients on the East side of El Paso. Must be able to execute all rental agreement. Must have excellent communication and written skills. Able to consult with clients to determine their real estate needs. If you are a skilled property manager in Commercial properties this is the job for you!!!! This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have seven or more years of experience as a Property Managers preferably in Commercial properties. Must be able to maintain real estate files and property inventory database. Respond to written and telephone requests pertaining to all real estate transactions and listed property inquiries. Texas Real Estate license is a Big plus but not required. Must have software applications such as Excel, Microsoft office and extensive customer service skills. Bilingual preferred but not required.
