We have rare Full Time, Property Manager Positions at our stunning San Bernardino and Palm Springs facilities! The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial sprit to run the day to day operations of a profitable business. Duties include but are not limited to,

   •  Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals

   •  Managing the Accounts Receivable process

   •  Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies

   •  Light property maintenance/upkeep

   •  Aggressive marketing/networking to local businesses to promote U-Store-It's          services

   •  Deliver superior customer service through proper phone selling techniques 

      as well as walk-ins to the facility

Qualifications we are looking for:

   •  Management experience in retail, hotel, equipment rental or property

      management strongly preferred

   •  Availability to work some weekends REQUIRED

   •  Clean employment background and drug test
