DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY - Growing Commercial Real Estate firm in Plano/Frisco, Texas (no long commutes into Dallas!!)

Property Accountant

Our client has an opening for a Property Accountant -- Responsibilities include general accounting for assigned properties to include general ledger review, financial statement preparations, sub-ledger reconciliations, and tenant account maintenance and reconciliations. Other responsibilities include reviewing Expense Participation information entered by AR Coordinator; preparing pre-bills and annual true-ups; assisting site offices when necessary by researching issues and responding timely to their accounting related questions; and assisting with special projects on an as needed basis.

Ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, commercial real estate accounting experience, minimum 3 years previous related experience, strong Excel skills required and JDE preferred.
