RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has the responsibility for successful delivery of projects and services in the commercial systems portfolio. Primary responsibility includes:

Concurrently manage multiple large scale, highly complex projects in a very fast paced, dynamic environment. Fully responsible for the management of project scope, schedule, cost and quality of deliverables. Proactively manage all project activities including detail task level planning and day-to-day project execution.Provide leadership to the project team members through all project delivery phases from initiation, requirements analysis, project planning, development, testing, deployment and post implementation support. Ensure Visa project management and software development methodologies are followed. As a subject matter expert of commercial business, work with the Product office, CTO office and the Delivery organizations on Visa commercial product vision, strategy, roadmap and system solutions. Lead by example to embrace teamwork while promoting a culture of openness and flexibility with the PMO's business partners including Product and delivery organizations from Systems and Operations. Demonstrate flexibility in assignments and ability to adopt new roles and responsibilities as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Management Systems with 10 - 12 years systems development and integration experience. Must have a minimum 5-7 years management experience of leading cross functional teams in delivering large scale, multi-tier web enabled, data centric systems. Must be able to demonstrate successful track record in delivering highly complex projects involving multiple delivery organizations at different geographic locations including offshore vendor resources. Must have hands-on project management experience in requirements management, project management best practices, information security and infrastructure management.Must have good verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Must be able to present projects at strategy level and task detail level to a wide range of audience. Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills. Must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be able to turn ideas into actions. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with a commitment to detail, quality and continuous improvements.Must demonstrate self-motivated attitude to learn Visa's business and environment quickly.  PMP certification is required.  REF: CAAR547975
