Overview
Manages and directs all members of the implementation team to facilitate contractual commitments for a timely and successful implementation. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for successful site installation of software so that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Reviews project contract to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for meeting project goals, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Confers with project staff to outline a plan of action and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project is on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Participate in on-going Quality Improvement efforts throughout the implementation process
Provides on-going Account Management services for assigned implemented clients.
Actively participates in Accounts Receivable communications with assigned clients.

Job Qualifications:
BS, BA, BBA degree or higher.
3-5 years as a professional Project Manager within a highly complex corporate environment, managing multi-million dollar, multi-phased information system projects.
Previous project management experience with a software vendor or third party consulting firm desired.
Managed Care, HMO or healthcare experience desired but not required.
Certified Project Manager desired, but not required.
Must be able to proficiently use Microsoft Project to report resource allocation, project percent complete, actual vs. budget variances and similar details.
Proven ability to work independently, under pressure and/or within a restricted timeframe.
Proven ability to act as liaison with client representatives to manage expectations, assist in resolving issues, provide project reports, and discuss logical consequences.


Education Requirements
 – Bachelor's degree required

All benefits are effective on the 29th day of employment with the exception of tuition reimbursement, which is effective after 90 days of employment.
