Job Description:Siemens Government Services (SGS) is seeking a highly energetic individual for a newly created position and take it to the next level. SGS is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. We are seeking a self-driven individual to complement our growing team.
Responsibilities include:
• Work closely with government COTRs in the design, development, scheduling and installation of all government Physical Security projects.
• Ensure all project objectives are accomplished.
• Track project expenditures and installation progress.
• Serve as the main point of contact between government COTRs and contractor field offices.
• Coordinate input from Field Project Management personnel, contractor branch organizations and other government and commercial organizations to provide project direction, scheduling and equipment selection to contractor branch organizations and development of comprehensive security system installation plans and subsequent execution of those projects.
• Report directly to the Director of Field Services.
Requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience managing security projects.
• Must have managed service and repair/installation personnel teams operating at multiple sites.
• Experience managing service level agreements (SLAs) and/or other performance metrics, including mandatory response times, critical.
• Prior inventory and logistics control management in a just-in-time environment essential. Knowledge of access control systems and equipment required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Candidate must be US citizen and will be subject to a government security investigation to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
