We are seeking an individual to perform duties commensurate with an estimator and a project manager.  Our scope of services include excavation, grading, site preparation, municipal water and sewer installation, storm drainage, cement stabilization, paving, and primary electrical distribution.  Current projects range in size from $500,000 to $5,000,000.

Candidates need not have extensive experience or knowledge of all services, but should be articulate, organized, and capable of learning quickly.  Responsibilities will include preparing takeoffs and estimates, attending project meetings, coordination and scheduling with field superintendents, procuring materials, monitoring projects, change order execution, and invoicing.

This position is a ground floor opportunity with a very rapidly growing firm.  Our work volume has grown more than ten times since our inception in 2002.  We can continue this growth with the expansion of our competent staff.
