ABM Janitorial (Nashville, Tennessee)

ABM Janitorial, a leader in the facility services industry is seeking Project Managers for Memphis,TN, Nashville,TN, Raleigh/Durham,NC, Charlotte,NC and Atlanta,GA. Ideal candidates will be responsible for contacting customers on a regular basis with emphasis on meeting customer expectations and securing additional business. Candidates will have the ability to ascertain that all contractual obligations to customers are being met on a daily basis within specified budgets, planning, organizing and scheduling work routines and plans for all supervisors and cleaning personnel. Supervisory skills are a must; responsibilities will include but not be limited to; training, supervision, discipline, assignment of duties and performance reviews. Ability to assume the responsibilities of supervisors on an 'as needed' basis. Management of supply systems to include ordering supplies, meeting budget and maintaining inventory. Must understand basic accounting with additional emphasis on management of labor and labor budgets. Ability to assist in safety programs with appropriate follow through to ensure compliance with all safety policies, and any other duties as assigned.

These positions report directly to Branch Manager. Qualifications include ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures. High School Diploma and related experience in the janitorial field a plus. Excellent communication skills are a must, knowledge of a second language helpful but not required. Must be able to work independently on multiple priorities while maintaining flexibility in a changing and expanding job role. Solid understanding of business management a must. Written communication skills to include ability to compose business correspondence and reports.
