Job Requirements:

Minimum of three years experience in design and construction project management Degree in Design, Construction Management, Engineering or related professional field Design and/or construction management experience on at least two projects exceeding 100,000 SF within the past ten years Professional certification or license considered a plus Self-starter, with very strong organizational, verbal, and collaborative skills Flexible and able to work closely with project team, client, and related contractors Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Looking for additional experience in one – or more – of the following areas: Systems Furniture Layout/Space Planning AutoCAD Design Intent Documents CAFM Lease Negotiation Project scheduling software
