A residential developer based in the US is seeking a Project Manager to handle title, processing, and other entitlement type of work for projects in Cancun area of Mexico. The ideal candidate will have background working in Mexico with title and other legal process’ to acquire and develop real estate. The Project Manager can be based in either Austin, TX or in Mexico; travel will be required between the two locations.

 

Requirements:

 

2-10 years background in Real Estate developmentBilingual English/ SpanishHave experience working with the legal process as it relates to real estate in Mexico

Salary Range

50,000-100,000
