Project Manager / Engineer- Buffalo, WY

NOTE: Please follow the application procedures and requirements at the end of this document if you would like to be considered for this position.

Headquartered in Big Piney, Wyoming, EnerCrest (www.enercrest.com) is a leading construction services company supporting the oil, gas and natural resources industries in the Rocky Mountain region. We focus our operations on three basic principles: service integration, environmental sustainability and a commitment to safety.

Our integrated services help customers build and maintain the infrastructures associated with natural gas and oil drilling fields such as environmental surveys, road construction, pad construction, pipeline construction, storm water and produced water management and land reclamation. EnerCrest has invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment, technology and infrastructure to meet the needs of our employees and customers. We are dedicated to minimizing environmental impact, developing sustainable practices and bettering our communities throughout the life of every project.

EnerCrest is expanding quickly through strategic mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and organic growth. Our headquarters building, fleet maintenance facility and training center are located in Big Piney, Wyoming. EnerCrest also has offices in Jackson, Kemmerer, Baggs and Buffalo, Wyoming, Bozeman, Montana, Roosevelt, Utah and Rifle, Colorado.

The town of Buffalo, Wyoming is located at the north end of the Powder River Basin (PRB) in the shadow of the Big Horn Mountains. The PRB is a dynamic ecosystem consisting of high desert, striking buttes and plateaus, and fertile green valleys. Moose, mule deer, white tailed deer and antelope reside in the basin, and elk, bears and wolves inhabit the remote mountain areas. The basin and mountains offer a variety of outdoor activities including snowmobiling, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, fishing and hunting. Buffalo has excellent schools, social outreach and basic necessities within commuting distance; a scenic drive to Sheridan, Gillette, or Casper will provide just about everything else.

EnerCrest is seeking a Project Manager / Engineer to support our integrated construction services (which includes road building, pad construction, station construction, earthmoving operations, pipeline right-of-ways, facilities construction and environmental solutions). The Project Manager / Engineer will report to the Buffalo Operations Manager. The selected candidate will manage a long-term, integrated project in the PRB.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management; Master’s degree (MS, MA or MBA) would be helpful, but not required. This position requires 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management (leadership, coordination, resource allocation, scheduling, cost management); Oil and Gas Field experience would be helpful, but not required. The position requires sophisticated computer skills, outstanding interpersonal communication and exceptional project management skills. The selected person will also be intimately involved in safety efforts, customer relations, project management, problem resolution, performance management, leadership development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This is a new position established to support our rapid growth and regional expansion. The position will require moderate travel and often more than 40 hours per week.

What EnerCrest can Offer:

• A challenging position in a growing, performance-based organization with numerous promotional opportunities

• A total compensation package that includes great benefits, performance-based incentive plans & stock options

• Equal employment opportunity and in a non-discriminatory environment
