Our client has immediate opening for Project Manager with experience in commercial construction.  Successful candidate can handle managing 4-5 projects at a time, projects range from $100k to $5mm - all commercial projects, no residential. ONLY RICHMOND, VA BASED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

5-7 years experience in commercial construction required.
Needs to be detail oriented to process submittals, manage Owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, meeting minutes, subcontract administration, RFI process, maintain budget and project schedule. Must be Client-Driven! Must respect quality and safety. Experience with Primavera Expedition, Microsoft Project major advantages.  ONLY RICHMOND, VA BASED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
