PROJECT MANAGER (Construction) in the San Diego area for San Clemente based commercial general contractor. Ideal candidate will have: a four-year degree in engineering or construction related discipline; a minimum 10+ years commercial experience that specifically includes supervising all aspects of the commercial / industrial construction process; have experience with ground-up construction, tenant improvement, self-storage & grading, and civil trades that include experience in parks and recreation facilities. Must be proficient in reading blueprints and in project scheduling. Must possess the ability to interact professionally with clients / architects / designers / engineers & subcontractors. Must demonstrate computer proficiency in ms-word/excel/project. Experience with Prolog helpful.
