Primary Objectives:
 
This position develops, specifies, implements, and provides ongoing management for new technology and operations projects related to CD and electronic forms products and initiatives. Works with West business units, NPD, segments, programming, finance, marketing, customer service, etc. to deliver new products and improved processes in timely and cost-effective ways. Must work well as part of a team, and as a leader of teams. Position is based in Eagan, MN. Some travel may be required. Responsibilities:
 
Implement and help manage identified strategies and initiatives Organize, drive and report on CD and electronic forms interdepartmental activities, ensuring completion of projects on time and within budget Collect, analyze, and report data and customer feedback regarding CD and electronic forms products Individually and as a member of teams, generate product innovations Succinctly and effectively communicate the customer and business benefits of new products and features to management, marketing and sales teams, and customers  Lead or participate in cross-functional teams for building, releasing, and maintaining  CD and electronic forms products Plan and direct schedules and key milestones for developing and releasing CD and electronic forms products Drive process improvement initiatives related to CD and electronic forms.   In conjunction with Director, assess work processes to ensure functional or project recommendations are applied and implemented. Develop milestones and metrics and measure progress of initiatives against them. Other projects and duties as assigned.  
 
 
Education and Experience:
BA/BS in business or marketing; JD or MBA preferred 2-3 years of experience managing projects, products or product development Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and initiatives  
Knowledge and Skills:
Superior organizational skills Demonstrated ability to think at a high level as well as conduct detailed analysis Superior oral and written communication skills Powerpoint, Excel, and Access experience strongly desired Creative thinking and enthusiasm Must results driven and action oriented.
