Malcolm Pirnie is seeking a Project Engineer for our El Paso, Texas office. Position will be responsible for petroleum and hazardous waste investigations, evaluation of remedial alternatives, remedial design, construction oversight, Phase I and Phase II ESAs, and permitting. Position responsibilities will include the execution of office and field engineering tasks, report writing, project management, and assisting with proposal development. Experience with Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) rules and regulations required. Strong writing, communication, and computer skills are a must. BS degree Environmental/Civil Engineering; MS degree and/or civil design experience a plus; 6 plus years of experience. Must have TX PE or the ability to obtain one through reciprocity.
