IMMEDIATE OPENING with a leading project and construction management consulting firm located in Los Angeles, CA. Client is searching for a PROJECT ENGINEER to join their team on a direct hire basis. The PROJECT ENGINEER must have 5 years experience in construction management of commercial and/or public facilities and a BS or BA in Architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management or a closely related field. Candidates must be proficient in Expedition, change management preferred. The Project Engineer must have extensive knowledge and experience in reviewing, analyzing, coordinating, and understanding plans and specifications. Ability to prepare independent cost estimates of change orders for comparison with Contractor’s estimates is essential for this position. The OSHA Occupational Safety and health Training Course in Construction Safety & Health must be completed by all employees working and/or visiting project site within 30 days of their start date.
