This position is with a well-established company who is opening a new Engineering Division in Birmingham.  The Project Engineer position will be responsible for delivering project implementations on schedule and on budget.  This person will be responsible for managing multiple design engineers and will validate the output of the entire group while participating, hands-on,  in the overall design and implementation. 

A minimum of 10 years experience with bulk materials handling is required.  Ideal candidates will have solid experience with defining the requirements, scope, and implementation timelines for delivery of conveyor systems and will have managed the overall successful delivery of several projects.  Candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor of Science in either Mechanical or Civil Engineering.  Light travel (<15%) is required.  Professional Engineer license is a plus.
