Construction Project Director for Highly Regarded GC

Job Duties:

§             You will manage a team of 4-8 individuals, consisting of project managers, assistant project managers, and superintendents

§             Oversee the construction of multiple projects simultaneously

§             Successfully build commercial projects in a lead senior project management role up to $20 Million

§             You will work both in the office, as well as on-site

§             Be the go-to person with any customer-service related issues

§             You will maintain relationships with our company's current clients

§             Correlate activities with all team members involved on the projects

§             You will ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner, as well as under budget

§             Represent our company with the utmost of integrity at all times

 

Job Experience:

§             Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Equivalent Accredited Construction Program

§             8+ years of commercial construction experience

§             Must have proven experience of commercial construction projects including: retail, class A office, higher education, K-12 schools, medical, hospitality, and municipal projects

§             Qualified applicants must be able to successfully build commercial projects as a lead project manager up to $20 Million

§             Individuals must be able to oversee the construction of multiple projects simultaneously

§             Candidates must be able to lead, manage, and motivate a team of project managers, assistant project managers, and superintendents

§             Qualified individuals must be able to travel to the project sites

§             Must be able to complete the projects on-time and under budget

§             Must have excellent time management skills

§             Applicants must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

§             Must have excellent attention-to-detail skills

§             Individuals must be able to reach deadlines

§             Qualified applicants must have excellent computer software knowledge including: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, Timberline software, and other similar software programs

 

Salary:

$120,000-$200,000+ depending on experience

Benefits include: 401k, health, dental, vision, paid vacation, and paid holidays

Performance-based bonus, to be discussed at the company's discretion
