Description: In-house technical inside sales representative and the "single point contact" for customer-specific orders. Responsibilities include
* coordinating order entry process from start to finish
* all aspects of the customer order to include working with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Finance, Manufacturing and Shipping to ensure custmer requirements are met
* overall customer satisfaction within the specific timeline of the order
* other job responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications: Commitment to achievement of all financial goals, improvement of customer satisfaction, and plant delivery performance. Demonstrated strong process, procedure, and project managment skills. Proficient computer skills in Word, Outlook, Excel. SAP a plus. Communication skills a must. College degree preferred. Oil and gas field experience a plus.
