Description: The Regulatory Labeling Coordinator ensures that all product labeling is processed and maintained in accordance with standard operating procedures and that the routing, review and approval process is streamlined and efficient. Some of
the principal accountabilities are as follows:

Manages the preparation and control of all files created for new and revised commercial artwork
Maintain artwork history files and revision records
Serve as central repository for all in-process labeling projects at all stages of development
Set up labeling projects for next-stage routing review and approval
Coordinate timely routing and approval process with all internal customers
Assign and maintain labeling resource numbers
Provide support to Regulatory Affairs colleagues, regarding labeling projects
Facilitate the artwork routing and approval process.
Assist in the file management of Standard Operating Procedures written to control the functions associated
with the Labeling systems.
Proofread copy as required utilizing attention to detail skill set.

This is an introductory regulatory affairs position for a very detail oriented professional with excellent administrative skills and strong organizational abilities. Managing several projects at one time as well as juggling multiple priorities is a critical attribute; attention to detail and project management follow-through is also essential. The ability to keep up with a fast-paced department and the wherewithal to thrive in a constantly changing environment is a plus along with the ability to work independently. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 year Associate's degree required.

Advanced Microsoft Access experience required. Shared Point experience preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Office experience preferred.
