plumRHINO Consulting is currently assembling a team of Project Consultants for a long term contract opportunity in the Washington, DC area.  We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the credit card industry to assist our client with large scale business card program implementation.  Positions available include:

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

·         Facilitation of the implementation process to include assessment, project scope, program set up, client approval, training and support for successful program rollout.

·         Conduct demonstration and discuss comparisons of various electronic reporting products.

·         Support the sales process.

·         Consult with clients on organizational payment needs to ensure best practices

Requirements:

·         3-5 years credit card experience.

·         Strong business analysis skills.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

·         Strong technical aptitude in order to understand data flow and integration of various systems.

·         Public sector client experience is preferred.

·         Ability to travel up to 40%.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

·         Overall responsibility of for project management.

·         Facilitate project team members to ensure deadlines are met.

·         Maintain all project management activities including plans, logs, and weekly calls.

·         Partner with client and subject matter experts to deliver solutions.

·         Successful and timely launch of customer program.

·         Processor and platform set up, obtain client approved files and support customer inquires.

Requirements:

·         Commercial credit card knowledge

·         Strong project management skills and working knowledge of MS Project

·         Proficiency in MS Access and Excel.

·         High attention to detail and quality.

·         Ability to travel up to 25%
