Established in St. Louis, Missouri in 1999 as a subsidiary of Clayco, Forum Studio represents a collection of Architects, Interior Designers, and Planners dedicated to their profession of providing responsive, responsible and respected planning, interiors and architectural solutions for our clients while creating great environments for their customers and communities.

Forum Studio’s projects vary in use, size, and scope and include buildings both large and small for corporate headquarters, high rise - high density multifamily residential, commercial and industrial businesses, professional offices, and life sciences.
The Project Architect is responsible for the leadership and coordination of the design team from project inception through construction completion. This role also partners with Project Managers, Associate Principals, and Principals in developing well coordinated projects. The Project Architect is they key coordinator of all design and engineering consultants, and must be experienced in the leadership and coordination of design-build specialty contractors.
Qualifications:
Professional registration, and a professional degree from a NAAB accredited university and LEED Accreditation are preferredPossess working knowledge of AutoCAD software and ADT 2008Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to solve complex architectural problems related to site design, space planning, code compliance, and building methodsPossess a high level of technical competence to develop architectural details in support of the design intent
Experience:
This position requires 10+ years of experience in the Architectural industry, design-build experience viewed favorablyField experience performing construction administration phase services on at least three major assignments
