We are looking for a results driven executive administrative assistant for the SVP of Business Services. This person will be responsible for the administrative functions of a busy executive as well as having a key role on his leadership team. This person will drive, oversee, and manage on a daily basis the projects as defined by the Leadership Team of Business Services. They will function in a strategic role, working closely with leadership to determine strategy, manage projects, collaborate with other team leaders, resolve problems and issues and drive the success of initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in determining strategy and resulting initiatives for the business
- Drive and project manage the departmental initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with BU teams to drive change and success of initiatives
- Administrative functions for the SVP including, calendar, travel arrangements, expense and time entry
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- PMP Certification preferred
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Strong customer service and communications skills and professionalism
- Analytical, Detail oriented, pro-active, dependable, and strong follow-up skills
- Strong organization and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Self starter and highly motivated to drive results
