Kforce is seeking a Program Support Associate for Relationship Management. This position will be the Point of Contact for public health external relations and Key Relationship Manager for specific customers as defined by your Director. Alliance Program Management: Support the Associate Director to execute the Medical and Academic Partnership (MAP) programs With direction from an Associate Director, execute ACPM/CDC/NIH grant programs Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH) functions (execute, promote, evaluate, and enhance 3 teaching awards) Manage 2 milestones traveling art exhibits that travel nationwide (1 among schools of public health and 1 among county health officials) American Public Health Association (APHA) functions (serve on annual meeting advisory council and lead presence at annual meeting: launch event, booth, presentations, dinners, and ASPH events) Execute events as directed (Medical Futures Forum and pre-MFF advisory committee meetings; healthcare reform meetings; ASTHO and NACCHO annual meetings; and one annual launch event to introduce a new tool Plan and execute one national grand rounds program at schools of public heath Execute research forums with press as directed Identify and execute external events and meetings (tables at events) Review and respond to incoming requests for sponsorship Intelligence Research functions (conduct specific public health literature reviews as directed by your Executive Director) On a continual basis; review, analyze, and report latest information on our client's external customers, potential new customers, and competitors related to key issues that impact business and policy goals Identify and recommend common areas of interest Public Health Communications Qualifications: Ability to create presentations and briefing books for the Executive Director, Public Health, and CMO leadership for content and events specific to public health Tool production and management (manage online order process on Web site * Evaluate orders quarterly, support new tool development as directed Plan and execute mailings Produce communications to public health stakeholders such as press releases, print brochures, annual year-end letter and calendar, and new initiatives (MEG, transparency, and product/policy changes) Must be able to produce banners and promotional materials for use at sponsored events (APHA booth at the annual meeting) Update and maintain Public Health and MAP Web sites Act as a liaison to the Manager, EMA, for public health communications, and operations (linking Web sites to corporate site; quarterly staff presentations; and strategic operating plan) Operations: Vendor selection and management (under direction of the Director and Associate Director; execute bidding process for projects and manage vendors (Fleishmann, TCC, and design and print vendors (book/brochures) Provide operational support on EMA/PHG projects such as budget, staff meetings, and monthly executive summary of events Internal and Field leveraging (Bus and FF): Leverage all activities with the field (Sales, GRDs, RMRs, etc.) through the EMA Communications Manager
