Your role will involve the management of large programs within the PPS (Project and Program services) team for DSS (Distributed Systems and Storage) based in the New Jersey / Stamford offices. The current program will be to run and manage the Group Storage program. This program is group wide program with the aim to increase efficiency of the group-wide storage estate by providing a solid service offering to our clients. The program scope may include some RtB activities which are co-ordinated as a program deliverable, in order to build a strong organisation to deliver in the future. The role will have to interact very closely with the head of Data Management services who is the sponsor, but also with senior stakeholders across all the various business groups. The role provides a challenging opportunity for a suitable candidate to build a very strong profile in project and program mangement.

Delivering successful programs (on time, within budget and meeting the agreed objectives and benefits) will be a key to success. The role should provide a pivotal interface to the clients, sponsors and stakeholders to discuss their program requirements and status of current programs. The role is not limited to the Group Storage Program. The role would include leading, defining, scoping, structuring, planning, resourcing and delivering on time, as required and on budget.Key success factors are stakeholder management, motivating a diverse group of staff, and managing through influencing.
