Program Manager – Online Advertising / Sports Promotions

In this position you will help to create, build and manage programs that are valued and provide real advertising solutions for the top Marketers in the country throughout the company's interactive properties. This is a great “left brain meets right brain” position with high touch and involvement with a number of Product and Sales teams.

This position will focus on strategic premium ad packaging creation, GTM and a package for management/reporting, as well as additional responsibilities within a sales strategy. Your role will be primarily tactical, but will also include strategic work, helping the team to generate monetization solutions for numerous properties and programs. This company's packaged work includes incorporation of various technology opportunities, such as an instant messenger service with Fox Sports content, as well as cross-channel network opportunities and monetization of key content investments within this online network.

This is an estimated 1 year contract position through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Required Skills for this Program Manager: Candidates need to have a strong understanding of online display advertising at the national level, either from the media planner/sales or publisher side, strong analytical skills as well as marketing (the company creates compelling, fun sales collateral)! Advanced Powerpoint and Photoshop skills are required. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills - written and oral are required. Bonus Skill: Sports Promotion experience.
