Currently seeking an experienced Program Manager

BS in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a technical field, preferably space hardware. Minimum 10 years experience in Program management or related technical or project management type position.

Reporting to the Director of Programs/Marketing, the Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Leadership and management responsibilities shall extend from customer proposal to program inception, through the successful transition to production processing, after completion of qualification testing and production readiness review / compliance. Program success shall be measured by customer satisfaction of the technical solution, accomplishment of schedule milestones, and adherence to recurring and non-recurring cost targets.

Salary Range:  $108.3   $149.0    $189.7

Work Location: Carpinteria, CA (south of Santa Barbara). 9/80 Work Week; 4 weeks vacation.
