JOB SUMMARY

The Jenny Craig Program Director (PD) and Program Consultant (PC) is responsible and accountable for meeting the needs of existing and potential clients through the professional delivery of the Jenny Craig Program, including sales, services and tools that impact Centre revenues and profitability. He/she is accountable for executing exceptional customer service while complying with program integrity. The PD/PC is expected to meet all sales quotas, service standards, and operational procedures through the flawless execution of the company’s mission, vision and values.

REPORTS TO: Centre Director

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Responsible and accountable for customer service within the Centre. Responsible for client retention and success of client on the program.

Responsible for seeking self-development through training to expand knowledge of program. Must be able to effectively use consulting skills, sales and phone skills to maximize Centre revenue.

Responsible for consistently meeting Performance Expectations* including work schedules.

Consistently meets Company Expectations as well as supporting the Centre team in achieving goals and quotas.

Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, harassment-free working environment by understanding and upholding Operations and Human Resources policies, demonstrating the Company’s values and being a role model for the Company Brand.

Responsible for complying with all policies and procedures outlined in the Jenny Craig Operations

Manual, the Jenny Craig Safety Policy/Safety Manual and all Human Resources policies.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (MINIMUM LEVELS)

PD/PCs are expected to meet or exceed minimum Performance Expectations two out of three months of every quarter as seen attached in the Productivity Targets per Centre revenue tiers. Additionally, they are responsible for: Performed to Sold Closing: +90% Rewards to New Sales: +50% Consistent Rewards and Renewal Activations RTA phone calls and reactivations +$1,000 per month in upgrades and product sales 20% of workflow consists of phone calls to outstanding leads, RTAs and care calls. As a Program Consultant, you will be required to meet minimum expectations of a JCC as outlined in JCC Job Description.

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Must perform similar and incidental duties as assigned or directed by a supervisor from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some college and/or previous sales/customer service experience.

Language Skills

· Ability to write in the dominant language of the Centre location and in English.

· Ability to speak effectively with clients and other employees.

Mathematical Skills

· Ability to handle money, make change correctly and balance deposits

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts e.g., interest, discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages.

Reasoning Ability

· Ability to define problems accurately, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

· Ability to read and analyze reports

Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work with a computer as it relates to business needs within the Centre. Ability to travel from time to time for training or support of other Centers.

· May be required to sit for an 8-hour period for 5 consecutive days while attending training.
