Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a background in direct placement recruiting, preferably in accounting, finance and professional level specialties. Specific skills utilizing a variety of resources to generate job leads and a strong candidate pool is required. This includes experience searching job boards, networking, prospecting, cold-calling and direct sourcing to identify candidates and job orders.
