Overview:
 
As Production Team Manager, you play a vital role in leading and managing the 24x7 service operations for the Electronic Discovery production teams.  This includes managing workflow, staff development, and scheduling to ensure production goals are met. We are looking for proven leadership skills, preferably within a 24x7 technical production environment. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a track record of supporting corporate initiatives while managing people, processes, and expenses.
 
This position operates with moderate to wide latitude for exercising independent judgment and operates under minimal supervision.  You will be responsible for managing one or more Electronic Discovery operations production team(s).    
 
Responsibilities:
 Manage staffing levels to meet production goals; develop versatile, responsive, and cohesive production teams through effective mentoring and performance management. Ensure effective communication of information between production teams and across departments to consistently meet customer expectations and deadlines.    Improve efficiencies as measured by gross margins.  Measure, monitor, and report on efficiency goals; continuously seek out ways to improve processes.  Provide support of 24x7 operations teams; this may require that work be performed on any shift including weekends.  Limited business travel may be required.  
 

Independent judgment, critical thinking, and high-level problem solving and decision making skills to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities. Performance management and coaching skills to ensure high functioning team and employee development. Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation, influencing) and collaboration with business leaders, customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional departments. Advanced PCs skills utilizing various software applications Ability to cope with stress inherent to time-sensitive deliverables within a 24x7 operation  Education:
BA/BS degree with four plus years of technical work experience to include a minimum of one year in a supervisory role; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
