Job Title: Production Supervisor (Kansas City, MO Paper Products Industry)

Description: Directly supervises 20 - 30 hourly employees. Plans and controls production performance as measured against operating targets developed according to machine capabilities, manpower capabilities and projected business. Ensures compliance to established customer quality and production standards. Actively leads and participates in plant safety, housekeeping, 5S and lean manufacturing programs by ensuring goals are met within the department. Ensures completion of all required paperwork, schedules, work orders, etc.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

* Ability to work shifts and weekends.  Plant runs seven shifts (3 - 8 hour shifts and 4 - 12 hour shifts).  The plant operates 7 days a week 24 hours a day.  We do shut down for most major Holidays.
