Description: Eaton Corporation located in Athens, Georgia has an opening for a B-SHIFT Production Supervisor:

- Proactively implements, promotes and maintains a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and rule enforcement

- Leads, facilitates and coordinates production activities and resources per established practices and/or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations

- Support product design organization through new product introduction phase to ensure customer manufacturing delivery times are met.

- Completes administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner

- Establishes and maintains a positive employee relations environment by adherence to Eatons Values, Ethics and Philosophies

- Aligns workforce to company vision and goals

- Acts as a business partner by initiating and continuously managing improvements to manufacturing processes through the Eaton Business System (EBS)

- Fully engages workforce and drives change by empowering employees with decision-making, fostering innovation and promoting continuous learning

- Clearly communicates expectations and consistently holds self and employees accountable for performance

- Effectively confronts employee performance and behavioral issues

- Motivates and coaches employees and teams to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity and quality

- Ensures that employees have the necessary skills, knowledge, information and tools to do their jobs safely and effectively

- Provides and fosters effective on-going communication

706 Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field required

- 5 years of maintenance/ supervision experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment

- Strong/Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
