Privately owned poultry processing with just under 100 employees. The co has a long and good record in the meat and poultry industry and will offer a person a great opt for growth. The plant is located in a rural area and offer a peaceful life style. This position will offer excellent salary, overtime, bonus, full benefits, and paid relocation.

The position is first shift in a poultry slaughter plant and supervising a crew of 25. Will be responsible for scheduling, training, tracking of yields and plant safety.

The co needs a person who has at least two years experience in a poultry slaughter plant and one year as a supervisor or lead.
