This supervisor will be responsible for line production/manufacturing/packaging for up to 30+ employees on 2nd or 1st shift within this fast paced production facility.This person should also have good analytical, technical, organizational and people skills. Must be willing to rotate quarterly on alternate shifts.
Position Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of food processing/manufacturing A team player with good organizational, analytical, interpersonal,technical & training skills. Must be a results-driven self-starter, able to function independently, with the ability to work with & direct up to 30+ production employees on multiple shifts within this "high-speed" packaging facility Ability to rotate shifts & work some weekends. 3+ years experience and 2+ years of management/supervisory level experience. 4 year degree a plus! applicable “hand’s-on” experience within the food industry (AIB/USDA/FDA) Willing to work the necessary hours to accomplish a growing company’s goals Bi-lingual in Spanish & English is a must!
